UniMetal Stays Competitive in Tough Economic Climate with Help of Grant

THOMASTON – Plating and finishing heavyweights Quality Rolling & Deburring merged with Donham Craft to form UniMetal Surface Finishing last summer after both were on a road to collapse due to competition with China manufacturers and the automotive industry. Now, with the help of federal grant program Trade Adjustment Assistance, the manufacturer has climbed out of its financial hole and is prospering.
